Formal Warning Issued to: Iteesi.com for Theft of Intellectual Property, Breach of Copyright, Plagiarism
Statement of Facts Regarding Iteesi.com
On the 5th March 2016 Christine Grysczyk the Director of Iteesi PGmbH, Hutte 79, B4700 Eupen, Belgium was advised in writing by Secure Platform Funding that there were too many red flags in the way Iteesi conducted business and that Secure Platform Funding would not be working with Iteesi.
On the 1st of April Secure Platform Funding discovered the evidence listed below which shows Iteesi.com was using Secure Platform Funding information and had changed information and forms from Secure Platform Funding without our consent or permission and that Iteesi.com were falsely claiming these documents to be their own when Iteesi and no business or broker relationship with Secure Platfrom Funding.
Formal Written Warning Issued for Iteesi.com
As a result of the above information, Secure Platform Funding on the 1st April 2016 issued the below Formal Cease and Desist Email and below Cease and Desist Notice to Iteesi.com for Theft of Intellectual Property, Breach of Copyright and Plagiarism.
