Statement of Facts Regarding Provi-invest.com & Providence Investments Group

On the 12th December 2016 Secure Platform Funding discovered the evidence listed below which shows Provi-invest & Providence Investments Group has blatantly copied and stolen information from the www.secureplatformfunding.com website without our knowledge, authority or permission.

Provi-invest & Providence Investments Group is illegally using copyright protected intellectual property owned by Secure Platform Funding without our consent, knowledge or permission and Provi-invest & Providence Investments Group are falsely claiming their website and the documents on it are their own when in fact Provi-invest & Providence Investments Group has no business or broker relationship with Secure Platform Funding and did not create, produce or write many of the documents or content on their website! Provi-invest & Providence Investments Group stole and illegally are using content from www.secureplatformfunding.com website and claiming it is their own.

It is hugely disappointing that companies that "claim" to be experts in the finance industry have to steal content for their website from other companies because they don't have the initiative, skill or knowledge to write it themselves.

As a result of the above information, Secure Platform Funding on the 12th December 2016 issued the below Formal Cease and Desist Email and below Cease and Desist Notice to Provi-invest.com & Providence Investments Group for Theft of Intellectual Property, Breach of Copyright and Plagiarism, Misrepresentation, Theft of SecurePlatformFunding.com website.
